Cancelations can be made 2 weeks prior to course starting date.
Please note cancellations are subject to an administration fee of $30

Yes! Upon successful completion, you’ll receive a digital and/or printed certificate valid for 3 years

Most certifications are valid for 3 years.
We recommend refreshing your skills regularly with refreshers courses, and advice re-certifying every 2 years.

Please bring a valid ID, comfortable clothing (as courses involve practical exercises), and a notebook if you’d like to take notes. We provide all necessary training materials.

Most of our courses are suitable for participants aged 16 and above.

Some courses require a short-written test or practical assessment to ensure you’ve learned the necessary skills.
Our instructors provide guidance to help you succeed.

If you arrive late, you may need to reschedule depending on how much of the course you’ve missed.
100% attendance is mandatory to pass each course.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to avoid disruptions.

An AED (Automated External Defibrillator) is a life-saving device used in cardiac emergencies.
Our courses include hands-on AED training.

All of our trainers are certified professionals with extensive experience in first aid and emergency response training.

Some parts of the training, such as CPR, require moderate physical activity.
If you have any medical concerns, let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

If you're unsure which course to take, feel free to contact us, and we'll recommend the best option based on your needs and profession.

We do not supply food. For full-day courses, we provide breaks, but meals are not included unless stated otherwise.
Feel free to bring your own lunch, snacks and drinks.
